The seven Work Package Leaders meet regularly to discuss progress on the project, address any challenges and plan next steps. They are also joined by the ARENAS Project Manager.
At the latest meeting the consortium discussed the recent project review by the European Commission and the very positive response received for work to date. They also set out plans to address some minor issues identified in the feedback, and the updating of some project documents.
Most of the meeting focused on the next in-person meeting of the entire ARENAS consortium, which takes place in Riga, Latvia in May. The Partners finalised plans for each of the sessions, deciding on topics and session leaders as well as addressing some logistical matters to ensure the three-day meeting runs smoothly.
